Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the entire operative work and operating processes of the hotel and efficient, smooth and quality-oriented control
• Personnel manager Management of employees as a good practical and result-oriented role model
• targeted generation of high motivation among employees
• active action for the best possible utilization of room capacity at the highest possible rate by using all market-oriented instruments as well as distribution channels and systems
• First point of contact for guests and employees and representation of the house to the outside world
• Monitoring, control and securing of the incoming requests for quotations and their customer-oriented, price-fair and timely processing
• Development and conception of market-oriented arrangements and active practical implementation
• Preparation of sales and cost analyzes and evaluation of data and facts
• Close constructive dialogue with management

You bring the entire hotel team behind you as a charismatic leader and manage the operational business. In this task, it is primarily important to control the occupancy of the entire hotel with permanent sales activities. It is also important to us that you understand how to work vigorously on and in a team and how to constantly challenge and encourage employees. You are present and tangible for your employees.

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
• 2-3 years of professional and managerial experience in this or a similar position
• Experience/focus on Convention Sales desirable
